Arkansas Northwest Weddings

I am a retired University of Arkansas vice chancellor who enjoys officiating at NW Arkansas weddings. Experience ranges from full-scale, formal weddings to short-notice, informal events. Available to assist any couple with a valid marriage license. RATES: $250 for weddings in Washington County. Additional fees apply for rehearsals and for travel to surrounding counties.
