Meet our Chef A passion for food and a long-standing family tradition influenced Chef Ryan Stuart to pursue a career as a professional chef. Upon completing his university studies, he decided to receive French classical training in the culinary arts. Following in the footsteps of the great American chef Julia Child, he received Le Grande Diplome from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris, France.
