Chef Frisco is the lead chef for Muffalettas Catering. He has owned and operated a Cajun Restaurant in Charleston for the last 3 years, and now after much request was asked to be Chef of Muffalettas Catering. He specializes in Cajun/Creole cuisine, Southern comfort food, Gullah, vegetarian dishes, and exotic meats. Chef Frisco has been featured in The Post and Courier, and has also won Talk of the Town for 2010 and 2011 and held 1# restaurant in North Charleston for 2010 and 2011 by Trip adviser.
