Somebody much more prophetic than I once talked about capturing life in "the in-between". What this breaks down to essentially is those moments that happen between the formal shots, between the posed smiles ~ to the expressions and the place where we truly live. People in love have a lot of these moments together ~ the inside jokes, the way they look at each other, the bond ~ when you see it, you know it. And to be able to be in the presence of it and have the opportunity to capture it is truly a gift.
