Encore Sushi

Encore Sushi is an intimate setting for rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners for out-of-town guests, and bridal or bachelorette celebrations for up to 50 guests. We're at 112 S Cedros Ave in Solana Beach, at the entrance to the Cedros District, steps from the world-famous Belly Up Tavern. Chef James La leads omakase-style, chef-led dinners built around sashimi, nigiri and Encore's Fresh Cuts signature rolls.
