Mimi, owner of Mimi's Fusion of Flavors, has been cooking since she was eight years old. Raised in the Dominican Republic by a family of cooks, Mimi loved being in the kitchen whenever she could. As she grew older she realized that cooking was more than an interest or hobby but something she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Over the years she has held a variety of jobs. She worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Columbia University in New York City and as a Clinical Trial Associate at Progenics Pharmaceuticals in White Plains, New York.
