Hi, I'm a resigned catholic priest having served 15 years in Appalachia and am now a member of the Unitarian Universalist church. I meet with the engaged couple prior to their wedding date in order to become better acquainted and more comfortable with one another. During this time we create together a personal and meaningful ceremony which reflects their unique beliefs, values and love relationship as a couple. I am one of the most sucessful civil celebrants in Central Virgiinia, having conducteed about 4,000 weddings, having apppeared on channels 6, 8, and 12. I have been subject of two articles in the RTD. Channel 6 broadcast live an entire ceremony that I did in English and Spanish. I typically conduct about 200 weddings a year. I have also conducted weddings in Italian and German. My favorite spot is Lake Hening at the Henrico Administration center.
