Cosco Juvenile Alpha Omega Convertible 22-150

  • 3.6/5 stars

See 1 user review

The first and last car seat you will have to buy. The Alpha Omega is a convertible car seat that grows with your child, 5-35 lbs rear facing, 22-40 lbs forward facing, 40-80 lbs belt positioning modes. The 4-position headrest adjusts with harness: never needs rethreading so it adjusts for a growing child. It comes with a padded headrest for extra toddler and child support and the infant body insert helps keep baby more upright and comfortable. The 3 position recline allows for proper child adjustment and comfort. The removable full wrap tailored fabric pillow allows for ease of cleaning and the removable cup holder is for child's favorite drink.

I would not recommend this seat, there are better options out there. While it claims to be the last car seat you will ever need, many kids outgrow the harness system in height before they are the right height and weight to move to using it as a... more

Pros

It has a high weight/height limit for keeping rear facing.

Cons

Hard to tighten harness system, straps twist, many children outgrow harness.

Pros

Durable ... and pretty much everything else!

Cons

Tall children might grow out of it height-wise before reaching max weight for the 5-point.
