Ours is cuisine of the women of Tenango de Valle, nestled in a valley outside Mexico City, NOT Iberian, Caribbean, Latino or Central American... pure Mexicano Authentic, fresh ingredients, prepared and served by Mexican women; festive in its color and flavor, steeped in tradition, right down to the tortillas made by hand, right in front of your guests. We donate 2% of catering proceed to One-Heart World-Wide, working to combat maternal and infant deaths in remote areas of Mexico
