I am a lifestyle photographer specializing in newborns, babies, children, families, maternity and senior portraits. I grew up outside of Rockford, Illinois and received my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Rockford University. My involvement and appreciation of art, photography, and human beings has been nothing short of a lifelong endeavor. There's few things I love more than creating with and working with people. It's my passion! I practice something called "lifestyle photography", through which I aim to provide creative documentation of moments and events as they occur. When it comes to posing, I work with my clients and help guide them in to natural situations rather than something rigid or stiff.

I started working in a portrait studio in high school and my love for portraits grew from there. I went on to school at Madison Area Technical College, and then to Oklahoma school of Photography. While in Oklahoma City, I managed a small studio and realized how much I loved photographing weddings and people on my own. After school I moved back home to Madison and started photographing more things on my own while working in a studio. I had my son in 2003, and my passion to build my business started there.
